A mastermind is NOT a Community!
A community is a group of people who come together usually around one topic for discussions, networking, and socializing. Sometimes there is some learning involved, but often it is casual, voluntary, and noncommittal.
A mastermind, on the other hand, is when a group of people comes together around a common goal: to succeed. There is an agreement, a pact, and a commitment to self-improvement. We push one another onwards and upwards. Like athletes who form a bike race peloton, we are a team. While our paths and specialities may be different, we have a common destination: a business that gives us joy, money, and time freedom.
By the way, I love communities and run a couple too so it shouldn't be 'either or'. You can join both!
